Do you know that problem? You own an usual grinder bench and would like to sharpen one of your most valuable iron vanes. But most of the grinding machines are rotating much to fast. The result is, your iron vanes are annealing (visible blue coloration) and doesn't hold the grinded blade. Trouble is pre-programmed.
This does not happen with our professional grinder benches. Our grinders are optimized to the needs of HSS-steel grinding regarding rotating speed. Two rotating speeds are available (through v-belt turn-over) or if you want continously adjustable using a frequency inverter. Our grinder benches distinguish especially through quietness and smoothness. The reason for that are the high weight and small manufacturing tolerances. No vibrating, no chattering, build for craftsmen with high demands.
