Pointing Machine
with exchangable milling heads
This machine can be used to point squared timbers very efficiently in large numbers of items. The sharpened timbers can be finished on a "Kreher" fasson turning lathe (FDB) then. This is an additional machine in combination to a fasson lathe.
Description
This machine works like a pencil sharpener. A rotating milling heaad with two blades mills a square timber conically to be mounted to a FDB. To cover the entire aperture of a "Freher" fasson lathe, two milling heads are required. Milling heads are exchangeable easily and screwed into the holding flange on the engine.
