Second hand fasson lathe (semi-automatic machine), originally manufactured by Fa. Kreher Olbernhau
This machine is suitable for standard turning of turned parts up to a maximum diameter of 65mm. For working the respective fasson blades are required. Starting material are square-shaped timbers up to 500mm length.
This machine has been built in 1982. It was overhauled by us and is in excellent condition!
The following overhauling steps have been done:
- New work spindle mounted
- New engine mount
- New motor pulley
- Motor mounted new
- New belt guard including bracket
- Finger leadership renewed
- Slide rest reworked
- New bolts for the lever joints
- New electrical switch
- New belt
- Machine cleaned and repainted
The engine is a 1.5 kW, 400V electric motor (big red plug 16A). The machine is made of solid cast iron and has a total weight of about 170kg.
